Located on Greenhill road at our head office is our network operations centre. We provide high quality remote support to our Systems Support clients between the hours of 8:30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

This is the hub of our operations and the focal point for our monitoring for level 1/ level 2 faultfinding and rectification as well as where we conduct offsite repairs for client hardware.

We constantly monitor each client machine for any problems by a mixture of visual network virtualisation via a bank of large LCD screens as well as pre programmed alerts.
