Refunds Policy


Creydall Systems is not obligated to refund any “change of mind” purchases, please choose carefully when deciding your products. If the product was in stock at time of purchase we try to accommodate customers who have simply changed their mind.

Creydall Systems will refund in full any items that are not as described. All products are purchased per order, are purchased as by the product code submitted online. Please note that images are for display purposes only and items received may not look as pictured.

Refunds for blocks of professional time are not refundable.

If the products are found faulty, please promptly return them for testing. If after testing the product is found to be faulty, a warranty claim may be made on your behalf to the manufacturer. If appropriate and is within its capability, Creydall Systems will exchange the item for a new one. Please allow up to 4 – 8 weeks for warranty claims.

Only products are refunded, freight on goods may not be refunded.
