You're a local Adelaide business - What's the point?
This is a very common question. Most people are under the impression that a local business cannot benefit from an internet presence, other than being utilised as a glorified business card. Nothing can be further from the truth.
The internet is growing exponentially, and is rapidly overtaking traditional marketing methods like the Yellow pages and newspaper advertisements. You don't have to sell items on the internet to benefit from having a web site.
We have an urgent problem and are desperate for support , how flexible are you on this managed services thing?
We have made a complete transition to managed services, its the only way in our eyes to responsibly look after our clients I.T systems. We may look at an urgent job with the view to converting you to a CRYSYS managed computer support. However a long term business relationship based on hourly rates only when things go wrong is not possible. Its a waste of your money and our time can be used more effectively.
How can I trust this web site?
This is a good and very important question. You will see on every single page of our web site our phone number , fax number and ABN (at the bottom of the page). We also have our physical address listed in the "contact us" page.
Another important indicator that we are a legitimate business is that we are listed in both the Adelaide Yellow pages as well as the Adelaide White pages with our address listed in each.
When considering doing business on any web site, you should make sure it is legitimate. Failure to display contact information is the biggest indicator that something is fishy. Poorly designed and badly maintained web sites wanting your credit should be shown the virtual door.
Will you work for us if we are not located in Adelaide?
We no longer support new interstate customers, its difficult logistically and we have found more than enough quality business in and around Adelaide to keep us busy.
Our business focuses on building a strong relationship with its clients, we find this is only practical with local companies.
I Don't agree with what you are saying in one of your articles!
