Ideal Candidates

You will probably have at least 4 years experience in Microsoft server & workstation technologies in different environments; however your passion and natural ability with technology will have accelerated your ability beyond years served.
You will likely be well versed with Exchange server and have a good working knowledge of SQL and IIS. You will be an expert at troubleshooting Operating systems, hardware, application and network problems and your high level of initiative will enable you to duck & dive any roadblock you are faced with.


Other Expertise

We understand that technology is changing rapidly and finding a candidate that knows every system and application we work with is just not feasible. Natural ability coupled with initiative will see you quickly pickup new technologies in this position such as VOIP and Virtualisation.

Physical build of New Xeon Server
Setup of spare Virtual server for Managed customers
Completion of internal VOIP phone system
Redesign of internal backup system
Standardisation of client backup systems
Role out internally of Connect-Smart software
Setup of Virtual Vista workstation
Desktop SOE project


Duties
20% dedicated to internal tech requirements
60% dedicated to Client tech requirements
20% dedicated to pet project

 

Requirements
We are serious about obtaining real talent in our industry and are dedicated to investing in the future development of our team even though we are relatively small. While the rewards are great, we have a rigorous recruitment procedure that ensures successful candidates are of the highest calibre.

The recruitment procedure will include a psychometric test, online technical test and a face to face interview that will last between 3-4 hours.
