Desktop Support - Best LCD Display ?

IT Consultants Discuss LCD Displays!

Some people will spend $60k on a motor car that they would be lucky to spend 1 hour per day in, then will baulk at spending $500 on an LCD display that they spend 8 hours in front of per day (don’t get us started on $20 keyboards)
If you spend a lot of time using something, it really pays to outlay that extra little bit of money, you will probably make it back 10x in productivity.

LCD display prices have plummeted in recent times!

For anyone who values their time, we highly recommend going for displays that are 22inch or larger, especially for critical staff positions where a great deal of time is spent on a computer.
Don’t throw out those old CRT monitors either. Most graphics cards come with dual outputs and it is fairly straight forward to setup a dual display configuration.

Tests have been conducted recently that shows a large display increases productivity by up to 40% using common office applications.

If your employees spend 8 hours a day on a PC and only have one small display, then you may as well blind fold them and tie one hand behind their back while you are at it!

This is a real bugbear of ours, spend money on desktop support equipment that will make you money. If you are making a profit now and can increase your staffs productivity by even 10% then that's pure profit minus the one off cost of the displays. How can that not be a good business decision?

Big LCD displays are NOT a luxury, they are a profit generating asset.
