You've just settled into the office to work on that urgent proposal that's taken 2 weeks to compose and is due in today. You hit the start button on your computer then head off and make a coffee. You explain to the technician the situation and how important it is to get the information back. The first thing he asks you is do you backup your data, your heart sinks even further as you realise that the last time you did a backup was just prior to starting the proposal.
