After using the same IT Company for 5 Years, the support the Company was receiving was far from adequate, long response times, different Technicians each time, having to explain our systems each time – you know how it goes!

As I was not really happy with the service I was considering a swap to another service provider but this was forced upon me by the then current provider going into administration.

After a few days of searching the yellow pages and the web, I came across ‘Creydall Systems’. The website was impressive and gave them a call to explain my situation and advise them what I was looking for. I subsequently received a visit from Adam Randall, the business owner who was extremely knowledgeable but explained everything in language a non IT person could understand.

He took a great deal of time to understand our business, our current network, where we felt it was lacking and what we liked.

From the outset Adam was very clear about the role of the Server, back up reliability and that trying do these on the cheap is a recipe for failure. He also made it clear that if he was going to be responsible for the whole system he would have to have control and access limited to a few people only.

I liked this approach as he wanted to make sure that we were fully aware of the importance of all the aspects and it would be a joint effort to make it work, he alone could not be responsible. He also believed in building the server to a specification to do the job as opposed to buying a readymade server and making it fit the purpose.

After various discussions and meetings we decided to proceed with the installation of a new server only as the current desktop PC’s would last a few more years. Initially the transfer to the new server was pretty seamless until we had an unknown random shutdown problem. Adam and his team worked tirelessly on this(through the night on one occasion), even building a completely new server to swap so that he could do off site testing and replication on the original server. Eventually after many hours of testing (all at no charge) it was found to be a hardware issue that was not easily detectable and no fault of any person at Creydall.

All in all the service we receive, the knowledge of all the staff is excellent and is cost effective compared to other service providers. I would not hesitate in recommending Adam and his team to anyone looking for IT support and look forward to working with them for many years to come.

We have been using Creydall Systems for a couple of years, mainly for small hardware purchases and IT advice.  We’ve always received prompt service and answers. 

Creydall Systems are up to date with the latest IT equipment and software.  So when it came time to replace our server we turned to Creydall Systems. 

We told them what we wanted to achieve and quotes were generated accordingly, which we received immediately.  When we decided on the system we wanted, Creydall Systems had it built and shipped out within a few days! 

It allowed us to quickly transfer our finance software onto the new server and now the software runs beautifully.
