What is not easily understood by many in the I.T industry is that these long lists, on the surface, look like choice and variety, all they do in many cases is serve to confuse.

We are a low risk option for clients who just want their systems to work without wanting to get involved into the tactical decision making, such as which virus scanner? what type of architecture? etc etc.

Our philosophy is to take the chaos out of your I.T systems and put peace and tranquility in its place. Allowing our clients to focus on the Strategic decisions required within their own business.

As an I.T support business, we have found in the past its the nature of our business that we make most of our money when something bad happens to one of our clients. This has always made us feel in some ways uncomfortable, a certain sense of guilt.
